Hey Vaugn,
I bought a quartet of WGS veteran 10's six months ago. I am very happy with the speakers. The sound is warm, yet with good highs and lows. Just a nice complimenting sound with the 1968 super reverb. On stage the volume is good to handle and does not get too loud, but in my rehearsal room it is not quite enough volume. I have a spare 4x10 cabinet where i want to put more efficient speakers in. I play the amp overdriven most of the time so what would be a good replacement with big low end and a nice sound that cuts through when overdriven but is not harsh? Thanks!

The G10's are WAY(!!) louder (& heavier) than the Vet 10's. I'd suggest two smooth-cones on the bottom, and two ribbed on top!
