Hey Vaugh,

i just found these two videos. Great comparison. In both cases I liked the higher powered version of each speaker, so...

how about one more. Et90 vs Blackhawk HP? I'm stuck between these two. The ET 90 seems to have better definition while the Blackhawk HP is a bit smoother, but it's difficult switching back and forth between two videos to be sure. Thx!

Hi Vaughn, Great videos - Thank you for making them.

I have been using two 1x12 semi-open back custom Zilla cabs loaded with Blackhawk HPs with a Victory V40 "Duchess" Head (2xEL34). I love the usable clean headroom and the smooth tones I can get from this rig but want a bit more lower end presence & punch. I play cleanish/lower gain stuff using classic single coil and humbucker loaded guitars. I was thinking to switch one of the Blackhawk HPs to something ceramic that has comparable power handling/sensitivity/impedance. The WGS 12L seems a potential contender as does the ET90 or British Lead 80. What's your view on pairing the Blackhawk HP with these - or something else - given what I am looking for?

Man ... if the weight dosn't scare you, and your cabinet can fit it ... the WGS12L is the CLEAR winner here for what you are looking for!
