I will go out on a limb here and make an assumption. I click on the link and it takes me to a page that says, "You are not authorized to access this page." So, I will assume this means the link is only accessible to the person who is eligible for the pickups rather than a problem with the link.

Alas, now I won't be able to use the money I would have saved to send my aged grandmother on her dream cruise to New Zealand!
