Hello WGS-User,

I'm actually playing a Cornford MK50II which is an outstanding amp for sure, but sometimes this particular amp sound a little bit tiny, thin an analytic cause of the extreme clarity and articulation this amp has.

I'm playing V30 for 13 year now. Never messed with speaker all over the year. Untill now... :)

I need a warm/big and smooth sounding speaker to compensate/complement the amp-sound.

I'm mostly a blues-rock to hardrock guy.

I tried the WGS ET65/Vet30 combination. Seems to be very good so far. Definitely a step in the right direction.

Are there any further suggestions or tipps for me?!? What combination would you recommend (2x12 and 4x12)!

Thanks so much

Tom

The best answer is Blackhawk ... if ya can't afford Alnico, then Reaper HP's and ET-90's lead the pack in Britt land, and the G12C/S is very big, warm, & smooth in a tweed Fender kinda way!
