I'll say this ... I've been spending some time with a LESS than 4-pound Neo Blackhawk HP (100-watt) PROTOTYPE ... and it's friggin' blowing my mind. I've already told Dean he can't have it back. I put it in one of my own combos (see www.VaughnSkow.com) and I think I might actually like it better (!!) than the Alnico Blackhawk.
I wish I could say they are going to be available soon ... but they are still in prototyping and beta-testing phase ... so it'll be a while. I can say that even though Dean and the guys consider this just a prototype that still needs tweaking ... it's already hands-down the best sounding Neo I've herd yet!
Just at the right time!!! I'm looking for a pair of Neo's to replace the speakers in my Twin Reverb and these Blackhawks apparently sound great to boot. My back is killing me!
Since I'm dreaming, how about a 4-pound Neo version of the WGS12L. Or at least a 4-pound Neo version of the ET90!!

What is the latest news on WGS Neo speakers? Waiting for Winter NAMM?
