Has anyone replaced the stock 15" speaker in a Supro S6420 Thunderbolt with a WGS G15A? Impressions?

I use a G15c in an open back cab with my Silvertone 1484 head, which gets a pretty similar tone to that Supro, imo. I can imagine that the G15A would have a bit warmer highs, more present mids, and squishier lows. Overall, I truly impressed by the brightness achievable from the G15C.

Honestly, I think you can't go wrong with the Alnico 15, but the ceramic isn't bad either. if you got the dough, then go for it. If not, rest assured that the 15C is an amazing speaker.

This is EXACTLY my feelings!

Also, I have a G15A in my 1950 TV front Fender Pro ... and it REALLY brought that amp alive.  Huge volume, huge bottom end ... and a super sweet top end.
