Hi all!

I have a Blackstar HT5r combo and have been using it with a 1x12 cab loaded with an et90 and one with a retro 30.  It was a tough choice,  but the et90 won out.   There was just something a tad bit warmer/fuller about it.  I particularly liked it better when pushing it with a SD 1, OD3 and Timmy pedals.  Has anyone actually successfully installed the  Et90 in the small combo amp?  It looks to me, by just measuring,  that that magnet will hit the pre amp tube.   Or will I be better served going with a smaller magnet such as the Et65 or reaper.   I liked them both in the shoot out video.   I ask about the reaper because you say it does both the American and British thing which might go well with the ISF feature.  I play mainly classic rock and the blues,  using Strats and SGs.  Thank you!

Id go ET65.  also ... you mention "will I be better served going with a smaller magnet such as the Et65 or reaper" ... and here I must mention that the Reaper is a HEAVY mag speaker just like the ET90 and Retro 30!
