Hi!

I've just bought a Fender 1965 blackface bassman and going to buy a ttcabs 2x12" cabinet for it (with the option of open/closed back):

I'm thinking in buying two 12" speakers and was almost convinced to buy a pair of ET90s but I've seen the supersonic 22 video and didn't like the driven sound. I play both early Straits and Pink Floyd covers, so I need something with both clean "juice" and with headroom and smothness for driven and muff sounds and maybe the ET90 is a bit "buzzy" for that, too "modern" heavy sounded. I must say I liked the retro 30 the best in that video.

What would be a good speaker (both two of the same or a combination) choice for me?

Thanks in advance!
